M D GUY & SON Ltd was formed as a limited company in 1969 from which M D GUY & SON (Verwood) Ltd was formed in 1984 as the trading company.

In January 2008 the company was bought by CLC Group Limited and is now fully incorporated into the Group. However, MD Guy and Son still retain full independence to service all existing and new clients.

As an independent company, M D GUY & SON (Verwood) Ltd have a proven track record of fulfilling electrical contracts to the highest standard and a reputation for its’ efficient personal services.

Over the years, M D GUY & SON (Verwood) Ltd have carried out many varied and prestigious electrical installations for satisfied clients that has enabled our business to grow and expand steadily, whereby contracts of One million pounds or more are well within our capability and experience.

Our mutual industry has, and is, currently going through many changes in the way contracts are designed, set up and awarded and it is because of these changes that we, in turn, have maintained our competitive edge by keeping up to date with developments in technology and building services.

To assist us in this, we have introduced computer aided design software packages such as AutoCad, Cymap and Relux, which adds to our professionalism and presentation.

All M D GUY & SON (Verwood) Ltd projects are fully tested and inspected by our own separate team of technicians who have been trained to BS7671:2002, with full test reports supplied on completion of the works, and is very much appreciated by our clients. This service is also offered to all building owners and occupiers for them to adhere to the Heath & Safety Regulations and Directives.

Our company also has a small works and emergency breakdown service division with a team that can respond to emergencies when called upon. We also carry out maintenance programmes for a number of client’s premises.

We have a quality assured system certification to BS/EN ISO 9001:2000 and would be pleased to submit our Quality Assurance Manual brief to new clients on request. We are members of the National Inspection Council and the Electrical Contractors Association.
